Our facility is equipped with spectrometers, metallographic analyzers, tensile testers, and hardness testers to analyze material composition and performance, ensuring adherence to industry standards.

During the initial casting phase, we conduct comprehensive geometric inspections of your components to identify potential issues early and collaborate with you to refine and optimize the casting design.

We employ investment casting (lost-wax) and silica sol techniques, with each casting undergoing multiple inspections during production.​

Dimensional Inspection
Our inspection capabilities include high-precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, granite optical vibration isolation platforms, contour measuring instruments, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). All equipment is rigorously selected and calibrated to support measurement accuracy and consistency.
Our quality control team is professionally trained and experienced in casting and machining operations, with extensive expertise in dimensional inspection and tolerance management. Their efforts contribute to the consistent quality across manufactured components.

CNC Machining

We specialize in precision machining of components primarily made of stainless steel. Our machining equipment, sourced from Japan and Taiwan, delivers high precision and stability to meet diverse manufacturing needs.
